About Us

My most recent experience was typical of why I call on All Star . . . competent work and being treated with respect. It also taught me a valuable lesson, to call the expert rather attempt to do it myself. My DIY failure wound up providing an expensive lesson.

I should remember; I guess time will tell.

Great job, called 5 plumbers for specific work scope, All Star was not the only the best price but provided the best all around service (tasks others wanted more $$).
Their rep Austin was professional in his manner and ensured my requirements were met.

Yes, I will simply call them first next time.

Thank you so much…….I can’t express enough how seamless this experience was….beyond exceptional work, craftsmanship and professionalism. From the time I made that first call to schedule an estimate, to the completion of the work. No one else could or would tackle this difficult job. The end result is amazing. Thank You to ALL!

I used many plumbing company's in the Napa Area: All Star Plumbing is the best? Thank You!

Great company! They have just completed our condo remodeling job and it is absolutely perfect! Exceeded our expectations! They are efficient, honest and very reliable. We highly recommend this company. They helped us with our last remodel 10 years ago as well and did a great job at that time too. So happy with the results! Awesome company!

Guess they named the business after the yelp reviews, as they are definitely "All Star." Besides saying WOW, over and over again, I close this by stating, "I just found myself a new plumber for life."

All-star is who I always use for my plumbing needs and they never disappoint. Randy helped me this time and he definitely gets 5 stars for his work and customer service! Thank you to the whole All Star Team

All Star is 5 star only because that's all the stars available....They are top notch professionals, but even more important, they are caring people. They spend many hours giving back to our community. Enough good can't be said about them and their All Star business. You will not be disappointed.

Trying to find a plumber has been tough. California has been hit by fires. People are trying to repair and rebuild. Makes my issues pale in comparison. Some companies would not even call back. Some had wait lists. This company went above and beyond. ...He provided immediate repairs. Got things flowing again. Recommended long term solutions and how to move forward.

I cannot recommend All Star highly enough! I'm a committed, well informed, do-it-yourself guy and I'm happy to report that All Star has ALWAYS done work that meets my high expectations. They do the work right the first time, just as I would; and, they stick with the job until it's done to your satisfaction.

Awesome customer service and a fair price. They installed a clean out valve and snaked the line for our washer. They explained how the new system worked and answered my questions about our plumbing. So grateful to them!

Today we had some pipes and valves fixed in our house by Michael Smith at All Star Plumbing and he was great! He was friendly, efficient, and did an awesome job putting in new copper piping. Michael came out to our house the same day we called, which was hugely helpful to us. The rates were very reasonable and we are totally satisfied with the service. We highly recommend All Star Plumbing and Michael Smith!!

The team of craftsmen were not only talented, but also kind. There were a number of soft-hearted cat lovers among them, making things less stressful for my shy cat, Elizabeth.

I recommend Zina Kirtlink and All Star Plumbing very highly. They are well organized, efficient and honest. Over the years, I have used All Star Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

I found Plumbing Innovations to be very dependable with strong work ethics; and with Rob’s more than 40 years of experience and Zina’s knack to come up with wonderful designs, I continue to use them for additional projects that requires their expertise.

I had an urgent request to address a plumbing issue at my Napa condo. I spoke initially on the telephone with Tracy who very quickly was able to locate a service truck and crew that could be there between 3pm - 5pm. They arrived, in fact, an hour earlier than that! Once Anthony inspected the leak under the kitchen sink, he called me on my cellphone, gave me a quote, and indicated that Jeremy would be back to do the work... Read more
