Safety is our top concern
At All-Star Plumbing, safety is always our top priority, and as such, we are committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 and its variants. We will continue to follow the guidelines put forth by the state of California and the CDC to help slow the spread of this disease. We do this while maintaining our high service standards and commitment to our customers and partners.
Below are the safety precautions we are taking to ensure our employees and customers are protected;
- All employees, including those in the field, have been trained on proper handwashing techniques and have access to hand sanitizer and masks.
- All employees are encouraged to maintain social distancing where possible.
- Our staff is required to notify HR or their supervisor if they show symptoms of COVID-19. (Please refer to this link for the most up-to-date list of symptoms)
- If an employee contracts COVID-19, we will follow the CDC framework on isolation or return to work procedures.
As we have done since the start of the pandemic, All-Star Plumbing will update its policies surrounding COVID-19 whenever necessary or mandated by the government.
