Water heater flushing was performed great

All Star Plumbing is great. This my 3rd time using them. Each time was for something different. My first time was for a broken fire sprinkler pipe caused by an AC contractor. All Star Plumbing did such an amazing job, was sold for any future needs. Well I’ve had 2 different needs. They didn’t let me down. I know they will be back in the future for at least water heater maintenance. This last one was for several different things. I had All Star Plumbing repair or replace a leaky faucet in my bathroom. They tried to repair but the faucet was too old to repair. They gave me estimate on replacing the faucet. So I had them replace the faucet. I am glad I hired them they do excellent quality work and were considerate of my time.. I had to reschedule several times..I will hire them again..

My old water heater broke down so I called All Star Plumbing who had done previous work for me. While checking what needed to be done for their installation of a new water heater, their first worker discovered I had a natural gas leak in a pipe joint (!!) which they promptly repaired, cleaning up after themselves afterwards. Very nice, the two guys that came out were very friendly and kept their work area very clean. One service man installed a new toilet & the other man cleared out out drain blockage. He had to pull a heavy machine through brush to get to the opening & did that without any complaints. Outstanding work ethics.

Brandon that came out to assess my water heater was very personable and informative, he showed me where my pilot light was and how to read the trouble shooting label on the front. As well as how to find out how old my water heater was. I felt extremely comfortable and taken care of immediately. Extremely responsive. I has a sudden issue with faucets turning themselves on. The plumber came out within an hour. Two items were bad (the tank on water heater) and pressure release value outside) and had to be replaced which they did the same day. Later it was determined one item was still under warranty and the office manager refunded the cost of the part without question. I’m so pleased with everyone’s professionalism and service. Thank you!
